I am an illustrator, writer, and dabbler in film, so art in many forms is very important to me. I would very much like to meet others with passions and interests, particularly within the realm of art and expression. I adore all kinds of literature, and have a great affinity for nonsense, and Victorian and Edwardian ghost stories.

I enjoy music, football, basketball, video games, and naps. I'm a somewhat interesting person, depending on the circumstances. Most of the time, I'm quiet and reserved but if I'm just with people I know I'm really actually quite loud. I love my friends more than anything. I'm a bit odd, but, hey, aren't we all? I find it very hard to say the first part of a conversation... I'm terrified of people one-on-one. Get me in a group, and I'm in my element. However, if I feel like I know you well enough and am comfortable around you I will talk your ear off. I'm a confusing man.

I have 16 piercings (8 in my right ear, 8 in my left ear). No one can see them, though, cause of my hair. My newest piercing is a vertical industrial in my right ear. Before that, I pierced the tragus (pierced with a labret stud) on both sides. I'm considering a tattoo as well, but the right one has yet to come to mind.

I don't judge by appearance, mostly because of my own experience in that field. People who you think are shallow, vapid shells of human existence can prove to be intellectually stimulating and great conversation. The old axiom of "not judging a book by its cover" rings true not only with myself but with others I have seen in life.

You're looking at a moderate level misanthrope, before you go any further. I'm not too fond of most people, but those who do amuse me tend to be friends for life. I guess I would call myself a dreamer and an idealist. I love writing poetry, painting, sketching, philosophizing, photography, and basically anything that could be turned into creative vent. Music is a huge influence in my life and I would absolutely die if I lost my Ipod, haha. I'm not huge into watching much TV, but movies and videogames are definitely enjoyable. I love spending time outside, such as camping or spending the weekends at the lakes. I often indulge myself into the endless pursuit of knowledge, such as lost cultures, astronomy, quantum physics, geography, absolutely anything really. I'm a lover, not a fighter. Hate, deception, greed, and violence all hinder the progress of our species and my life goal is to somehow improve the world in some way.

I can't stand people who are obsessed with name brand shit, a shirt is a shirt no matter who's $200 name is printed on it. They are all made from the name plant and probably both are made in china. Gossip is annoying and what does any of it even matter in the end anyways? I could very easily live in a cave and live off the land, I would almost prefer it more than living in this society.

I'm driven by an inner force I've yet to identify to seek the truths that lie within the realm of our existence and those that lay beyond it, if there are such things as knowable truths. I strive to see what cannot be seen, to know what cannot yet be known, to feel what cannot be felt, it is surely a never ending quest. I'm exploring the world that surrounds me and the world that exists within me, each of which are infinite in mystery. I'm accident prone. One day I ran into six doors and then when I sat in a chair after running into the sixth one, I leaned back too far and hit my head on the bookshelf behind me. This is what every day is like for me. I don't hate it, though.

I'm a huge gamer. I play Team Fortress 2, and most console games. I'm constantly going back to NES/SNES games too. Stuff like Mega Man, Zelda, Mario, and oldschool Final Fantasy.

I'm not the outdoorsy type, but that doesn't mean I don't like spending time outside. I love camping, I just don't get to do it that often. I recently joined my company softball team, and had a ton of fun. I'll definitely do it this year again. I'm also a big Twins fan, and try to catch games whenever possible. I've always been a good swimmer (I am an Aquarius), and love going to a pool for a good swim, even though I fry in 10 minutes on a sunny day.

I'm the luckiest kid in the world for having the family I've got. My mom is a mechanical engineer who works in the same building I do, so I get to see her all the time. My dad is some sort of business manager (he's never really described in detail what he does) for a tire company, even though he graduated with a degree in geology. I have two younger siblings, and even though they drove me crazy throughout our childhood, I love em both to death. My sister, Alexis, is now 18 and is graduating this year. I'm really excited for her, but at the same time, I'm scared for her to be faced with "real life". It also makes me feel that much older, now that she'll be out of high school. She's also an extremely talented photographer. Whenever she adds albums on Facebook, I look through them and am always impressed. My younger brother, Travis, is 16 now. He's also a pretty big gamer, but he's much more into sports than I am. He's a lot of fun to be around, cause it's really easy for me to make him laugh. We must have very similar humor or something, but he's always laughing when we're hanging out.

Im a laid back girl who is looking for a guy who is honest, loyal, kind and is someone that I can be my self around and who will be there for me. I figured out that I can know what I want and that it is possible for me to find it. I grew up on the East Coast, but I feel like the MidWest suits me more. I've been here almost 10 years. Music is important to me, but my relationship with it has changed in recent years. Friends are very important to me and some of the best are here in Fargo. Why do they always make us write about ourselves? I read Shakespeare, love watching musicals, write short stories in my spare time. I like reading and chatting with friends. Family is important, I don't have a lot of them. Friends are treasures, equally as rare. I value intellegence, honesty, integrity, humor and kindness in people. I love movies, but only good ones, music, but again, only good music. I guess I'm pretty opinionated and decisive. I've lived in Fargo since '99, and since then have had a lot of crazy times. I have recently started up a movie production company, and will be focusing most of my free time and money on that to get it off of the ground. I also work local artists doing sound engineering, production, and mastering. I'm a total techie (computer geek to some) but not stereotypically at all. I'm pretty damn outspoken sometimes, and can be a great outgoing personality when I feel like it. However, my life has calmed down quite a bit, so I try to not spend as much time out getting wrecked. Besides, with the Fargo smoking ban going into effect, and the cost of living shooting up, it's much cheaper to stay at home and have a good time.

By training I am a computer nerd but I consider myself a bit artistic as well. I almost always have at least one project going and every once in a while I will manage to finish one, too. These may not be traditional art pieces for instance, at the time of this writing, I am in the process of building a cigar box guitar. I also am making a custom computer case which blends my nerdiness with my artisticness nicely. While not all projects are traditional art, I do draw and paint on occasion. My username is an art pun on a painting I want to do; ask me about it and I will regale you with details ad nauseum (and I do mean nauseum.)

I mentioned above that I am a computer nerd by training but I am also lazy which prompted me to eventually drop out of college (computer science); I learned the material I just didn't do the work. I am currently gainfully employed as a help desk technician at the moment and that pays the bills.

I have a tendency to be a pedantic know-it-all so I need someone who will call me on my bullshit (not because I am wrong but as a reminder to have a source to back me up.) I enjoy arguing about inconsequential things and may take a position I don't really hold just for the sake of argument but shy away from arguing about personal matters.

I am a strong, independant, intelligent, yet fun loving woman. I like to think I know what it is that I want. In reality, I believe I have learned I know more of what it is I don't want than what it is I do want.

The list of activities I enjoy is far too long to post. I am willing to try almost anything at least once.

I've had my heart broke a time or two. Who hasn't? I am a firm believer in "it is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all". After all, what is a heart worth if it is left all alone?

I just graduated from NDSU in May, yay. So now unfortunately, the school safety net is gone and I have to find something to do with my life. Looking for a job is difficult. Especially in my degree. I dislike the idea of working in The Cities, but the okay part is that there really aren't any jobs in that area either. I have applied for jobs in other states as well, but nothing much has panned out. I am really concerned with not being able to find anything and already feel disappointed in not being able to find a job less than a month after graduation.

I am from a small town in North Dakota and am currently a freshman in college. I am a very shy person, and it can take me quite awhile to really open up. I have a pretty good sense of humor and love to laugh. I'm also pretty sarcastic.

I love my friends and family. My clan has scattered to the winds, but they're always home in my heart. And anywhere I go, somebody's a phonecall away to cover my back. And I'm always no farther away for them.

I like to keep a nice apartment; I love a brisk walk; I dress for myself, and I've been told that lately I remind people of Uncle Buck in my overcoat and hat; I seem to need cats to stay mentally healthy - I'm currently serving Digger and Precious (Never forget: Dogs have owners, Cats have staff).

I've got a laundry list of things I want to learn to do - I've told myself if I can teach myself to juggle, I'll allow myself to buy a guitar because then I'll hopefully have the follow-through to learn to play it; I want to finish earning my pilot's license, although it's been so long, I probably have to start over from the beginning; I may let a friend talk me into going sky-diving, although I still can't see the point of leaving a perfectly good aircraft; I want to learn to dance - when I try to dance to rock, I resemble someone having an epileptic seizure - I'd rather learn to dance swing, ballroom, and like that, so I can at least fake having grace and style... ;)

I dont like liars or people who are selfish all the time. I like having conversations between two or more people and am up for just about anything. I am a tomboy who doesn't always look like one, maybe. Lastly I like guys who are well I guess a bit into country and who like to work with their hands.

First of all, I think it's kind of ridiculous to think that anyone could fully express the depth of who they are in these summaries, but hey, I'll give it a shot.

I am a fun-loving girl that loves her friends and family! I have moved around alot in the past, from North Dakota to New York, and back to North Dakota. I love to go out to karaoke and just have a good time, but a night in with the close friends is always a good time too. I love my "niece" McKenna and just hanging out with her( she is 15 months old) I have only been camping once in my life, but really want to do it more... We Fest anyone? I am a musical theater geek, self proclaimed! I love New York City, but Fargos not so bad. I love the Lord, and that is very important to me. Faith. Without this nothing is possible, but i am not into Judgements.

I'm a hard working, yet occasionally lazy individual. I currently work for a local bank as an analyst. Think numbers geek and thats me. I also am taking classes and working towards my bachelors degree.

I'm an avid golfer. I've been golfing since I was 5 years old. I am hopelessly addicted to the sport, but it's a great activity. I got my first hole in one a few years ago in Hawley. I'd like to get a few more but lady luck doesn't really look my way all that often.

I also like to watch TV, Movies and play Video Games. My sense of humor can be best described as sarcastic, as such I enjoy stupid humor shows (Family Guy, South Park). I also like The Office, 24 and House.

I'm fairly direct and up front. If you ask me a question I'll answer it honestly and completely. Lying doesn't do anyone any good and it's hard to build a foundation based on lies instead of honesty.

I can be lazy and procrastinate at times. That doesn't mean that I'm worthless, but some things I need to find additional motivation to get me to do them. Cleaning is one of them. My place is not a pig sty, but it could be neater. I also don't like washing clothes. I don't know why, but I always manage to lose a sock or two when I clean clothes.

Well, I never know what to put in these things! I am a film major and I hope to do my best with what I can do. I love movies with probably comes with being a film major. Besides movies I like 80s rock, and hanging out. I also tend to doodle or draw a lot. I'm also into writing to some degree, mostly short stories and screen plays. I hope that someday I can get into the film business!
